Breedon Group PLC - Breedon on the Hill, Derby-based building materials - Chief Financial Officer Designate James Brotherton buys 75,000 shares at 86.5 pence, worth GBP64,875. The purchase is his only holding. The former Tyman PLC CFO will replace current Breedon finance chief Rob Wood when Wood succeeds Pat Ward as chief executive this year.

Current stock price: 86.40 pence

Year-to-date change: down 1.1%
