BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC - investment company - Enters unsecured loan facility agreement for GBP5 million for three-year term at a fixed rate of 2.78% with Royal Bank of Scotland International Ltd.
New facility replaces existing GBP5 million facility which matures on Thursday and has been fully drawn down in the Income portfolio.
Also enters three-year unsecured revolving credit facility for GBP5 million, replacing existing RCF which matures on Thursday.
