Balanced Commercial Property Trust Ltd - investor in UK commercial property - Net asset value per share declines 2.3% to 107.3 pence as at March 31 from 109.8p at December 31. "Whilst uncertainty on the outlook and timing for interest rate cuts has weighed on real estate capital markets, the pace of declines in valuations has moderated," the company says. More positively, it adds: "Occupational markets have remained resilient, despite the economic challenges, delivering income growth of 3.4% and rental value growth of 3.5% over the 12 months to March."

Current stock price: 77.30 pence each, closed 3.3% lower on Friday in London

12-month change: down 2.4%
