BAE Systems PLC - London-based security and aerospace - Agrees to buy Bohemia Interactive Simulations, which develops military simulation and training software. Bohemia Interactive is based in Orlando, Florida. It has 325 employees, and the US military is its largest customer. BAE doesn't provide any financial details of the acquisition.

Current stock price: 571.20 pence, up 0.2% on Thursday

Year-to-date change: up 17%
