IN BRIEF: Atlas Mara to leave London Stock Exchange next month

Atlas Mara Ltd - lender with operations in sub-Saharan Africa - Says to delist from London Stock Exchange with effect November 24. Explains: "Given the material progress made in the strategic review and the previously announced requirement by the majority of the company's creditors who, pursuant to the support and override agreement require the company to consider taking steps to cancel the listing, the company has determined to delist from the London Stock Exchange." Plans to put in place secondary trading facility upon delisting but cautions it may not have comparable degree of liquidity.

Current stock price: USD0.30

Year-to-date change: up 9.3%
