Asiamet Resources Ltd - Indonesia-focussed copper and gold miner - Concerning deal for PT Wasesa Indo Nusa to acquire company's subsidiary Indokal Ltd, diligence for the various parts of the transaction is now in the final stages and nearing completion.

However, deal has been delayed due to key consultants and legal advisors assisting the company on the acquisition contracted Covid-19. Now expects completion to occur before the Christmas period.

Current stock price: 5.50 pence, up 15% on Friday

Year-to-date change: up sharply from 2.25p
