Arc Minerals Ltd - Zambia-focused copper and cobalt explorer - Banks GBP54,000 after a former director exercises options over 1.2 million shares at 4.5 pence each. Adds it has also issued 1.2 million shares to a service provider as payment for consulting services rendered. Following admission, Arc will have 1.05 billion shares in issue. Separately, it says its year-end date has been changed to December 31 from March 31 and therefore, its next results will be for the nine-month period to December 31.
