Appreciate Group PLC - Merseyside, England-based multi-retailer redemption product provider to corporate and consumer markets - Formally appoints Talha Ahmed as interim chief financial officer with immediate effect. Ahmed is appointed to the board, after not formally being a statutory board director when he was appointed to interim CFO role in July. Says Ahmed has been key member of finance team since joining firm in November 2021 as finance director. He is a chartered accountant and has spent over fifteen years working in professional services firms with experience in four countries, including roles in Aberdeen and Manchester with EY and PwC.
