Applied Graphene Materials PLC - graphene materials maker with headquarters in Redcar, Cleveland - Says its shares have started trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US. Adds no new shares will be issued as part of the listing.
"AGM is building a strong international commercial profile including in the US where we see significant potential for our product offering, in addition to the recent signing of a distribution agreement with Maroon Group LLC, and so we are also delighted to be joining the OTCQB Market, with a view to increasing our visibility to the investment community, broadening our shareholder base and improving liquidity," said Chief Executive Adrian Potts.
