NAV per share on December 31 is EUR2.45, up 9.4% from EUR2.24 a year before. Adjusted total NAV is EUR1.20 billion, up 10% from EUR1.09 billion. Declares 5.28 pence total dividend based on a EUR1.1577 exchange rate, in line with policy of distributing 5% of NAV per year. "Five years post IPO, AGA's portfolio is now mature with private equity generating substantial cash distributions and the portfolio diversified across funds at all stages of the investment cycle," says Chair Tim Breedon.
