Amur Minerals Corp - the Russian mineral exploration company - Raises GBP375,000 via exercise of warrants. Amur said Plena Global Opportunities LLC exercised 26.2 million warrants at a price of 1.43 pence each. Plena has 26.2 million warrants outstanding. Following the admission, Amur will have 994.3 million shares overall.
