IN BRIEF: Aminex Extends Ruvuma Farm Out Completion Date

Aminex PLC - oil and gas explorer focussed on Tanzania - Parties to the Ruvuma farm-out agreement have agreed to extend the long stop date for satisfaction of the conditions to the farm-out to September 30 from August 31. Aminex and ARA Petroleum Tanzania Ltd continue to work closely with the Tanzanian government to obtain approval for the farm-out.

Current share price: 0.73 pence

Year-to-date change: down 26%
