Alliance Pharma PLC - Chippenham, England-based distributor of consumer healthcare brands and prescription medicines - Says it acquires silicone-based scar treatment brand ScarAway from Perrigo Co PLC. Alliance Pharma also buys the rights to sell its scar treatment brand brand Kelo-cote in the US. Alliance Pharma pays USD19.4 million in cash from existing financial resources to Dublin, Ireland-based Perrigo for both assets.
