(Alliance News) - Impact Healthcare REIT PLC said Thursday it has acquired a care home for GBP3.0 million.
The healthcare-focused real estate investment trust did not disclose where the care home is located, but said it has appointed an existing tenant, Minster Care Management Ltd as the new tenant of the home.
Minster will pay an initial rent of GBP225,000, reflecting an initial yield of 7.5%.
Looking ahead, Impact Healthcare said it continues to work on a strong pipeline of further acquisitions, of which some are in exclusivity.
Shares in Impact Healthcare REIT - which is based in London - were up 0.7% at 108.78 pence on Thursday.
