LONDON (Alliance News) - Communications software provider IMImobile PLC said on Thursday it expects to report its annual earnings and revenue ahead of market expectations.
Shares in IMImobile were 10% higher at 316.00 pence on Thursday.
For the year to the end of March, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation is expected to be around GBP17.8 million, up 32% from GBP13.4 million the year before, on revenue that is set to grow 28% to GBP142 million from GBP111.4 million.
IMImobile said that the number of clients that provide more than GBP500,000 per annum in revenue increased to 40 from 33, while clients in the revenue range of GBP100,000 to GBP500,000 per annum more than doubled to 89 from 43.
During the year, IMImobile said it had made commercial and technical progress with its partners including BT PLC, KCOM Group PLC, Salesforce.com Inc and NICE inContact.
In addition, the company made good progress on its increased focus in the North American market through the acquisition of Impact Mobile in July 2018.
"We are pleased with the strong trading results and momentum we have in the business. This reflects the market dynamics shifting towards more automation and the use of digital channels for delivering better customer experiences," said Chief Executive Jay Patel.
"We enter the new trading year with strong momentum and are confident in delivering continued organic growth across all parts of the business," Patel added.
