(Alliance News) - Iconic Labs PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Directors Xavier Latil and Rodolphe Cadio are stepping down with immediate effect.
The online marketing company thanked Latil and Cadio for their assistance in the restructuring of the business. In mid-July, Iconic Labs, formerly known as WideCells Group PLC, changed its name in order to reflect a new focus as a new media and technology business.
At the time, in the WideCells business, Iconic Labs was addressing legacy issues and the cash involved in them.
"Xavier and Rodolphe played an important role in the restructuring of the company and in resolving the issues arising from its former business," said Chief Executive John Quinlan. "With that process now substantially complete, they have decided the time is right to step down to focus on their other projects."
Iconic Labs shares were trading 0.8% higher on Wednesday in London at 0.12 pence each.
