Glenveagh Properties Appoints CFO Michael Rice As Executive Director

(Alliance News) - Irish housebuilder Glenveagh Properties PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed its chief financial officer as an executive director.

Since Glenveagh's initial public offering in October 2017, Michael Rice has been engaged as its chief financial officer, responsible for the firm's "finance, treasury and IT functions".

Rice's appointment as an executive director is effective from November 1.

Shares in Glenveagh closed down 1.6% at EUR0.73 in London on Tuesday.
