GCP Infrastructure Investments Appoints Dawn Crichard To Board

Tue, 17th Sep 2019 16:31

(Alliance News) - UK infrastructure debt-focused investor GCP Infrastructure Investments Ltd said on Tuesday it has appointed Dawn Crichard as a non-executive director, effective since Monday.

"This addition to the board is being made as part of the company's medium-term board stability and succession plan, in order to achieve an orderly evolution of the board composition," the company explained.

Crichard is a chartered accountant, and was chief financial officer of "a large private construction group" for 12 years.

Meanwhile, David Pirouet is expected to retire from the GCP Infrastructure board at the annual general meeting to be held in February 2021, and Clive Spears will retire at the 2020 AGM.

Shares in GCP Infrastructure closed flat at 126.20 pence in London on Tuesday.
