Fullers Hires Ben & Jerry's Vice Chair Jones As Non-Executive Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - Pub operator Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC said Tuesday it has hired Helen Jones as an independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.

Jones currently sits on the board of German restaurant franchise Vapiano SE and UK car parts retailer Halfords Group PLC.

Prior to that, she was executive director of coffee house Caffe Nero, managing director of Italian casual dining chain Zizzi and was responsible for the UK launch of Unilever PLC's Ben & Jerry's. Jones still sits on Ben & Jerry's board, as vice-chair.

Shares in Fuller, Smith & Turner closed flat Tuesday at 1,080.00 pence each.
