(Alliance News) - Testing systems maker AB Dynamics PLC on Friday announced the appointment of Braemar Shipping Services PLC's former finance boss as a non-executive director.
Margaret Evans will be joining the board of Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire-based AB Dynamics on Monday next week. She will also chair the Audit & Risk committee.
As well as serving as finance director at shipping firm Braemar, she also worked as finance head at Williams Grand Prix Holdings PLC.
Chair Tony Best said: "I am delighted to welcome Louise to our board. Louise is an experienced CFO with automotive industry experience and I very much look forward to working with her."
Shares in AB Dynamics were 1.9% higher on Friday afternoon in London at a price of 1,060.00 pence each.
