(Alliance News) - Foresight Solar Fund Ltd said Wednesday it has appointed Foresight Group LLP as its investment manager.
Foresight Group LLP will replace Foresight Group CI Ltd, following an internal restructuring at Foresight Group itself. Foresight is an infrastructure and private equity investment firm.
The investment advisory arrangement with Foresight Group LLP has the same material terms and fees as the previous one with Foresight CI.
Shares in Foresight Solar Fund remained flat at 115.50 pence on Wednesday in London.
