FNB Nominees More Than Doubles Stake In Tlou Energy To 10.5% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Tlou Energy Ltd said Thursday FNB Nominees Ltd more than doubled its stake in the company to 10.5%.

Prior to Tuesday's transaction, FNB held a 4.7% stake. Now FNB is interested in 47.2 million of Tlou's 450.2 million issued share capital, representing a 10.5% stake.

Shares in Tlou Energy closed down 1.7% Thursday at 5.90 pence each.
