(Alliance News) - Fletcher King PLC said Thursday it promoted Peter Bailey to become finance director at the property services company from Friday.
Bailey - a chartered accountant - has been at the London-based firm since 2008, currently managing finance and compliance functions at the AIM-listed company.
"I am delighted that Peter is joining the board as finance director," Chair David Fletcher said. "He has been with the company for over ten years and his experience and knowledge is invaluable to us."
Shares in Fletcher King were untraded at 41.00 pence in London on Thursday.
