LONDON (Alliance News) - FireAngel Safety Technology Group PLC said Tuesday that it has appointed John Conoley as non-executive chair with immediate effect.
The fire alarms supplier added that Executive Chair Graham Whitworth will move to part-time executive director post for 12 months with a view to becoming a non-executive director at the end of the period.
Conoley currently serves as executive chair of eServGlobal Ltd, a mobile financial services company, and non-executive chair of recruitment and IT services company Parity Group PLC.
Shares in FireAngel Safety were trading 5.1% lower at 37.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
