(Alliance News) - Petropavlovsk PLC on Tuesday said Fincraft Holdings Ltd held almost 20% stake in the gold mining company following a transaction on Wednesday last week.
Prior to that, Fincraft's holding, if any, was not reported.
Petropavlovsk shares were trading 3.3% lower in London on Tuesday at 9.39 pence each.
