F&C Commercial Property Sells Soho Office For GBP54.4 Million

Fri, 23rd Dec 2016 09:01

LONDON (Alliance News) - F&C Commercial Property Trust Ltd on Friday said it has sold 25 Great Pulteney Street in Soho, London for GBP54.4 million.

F&C has sold the seven-story, Grade A office at a net initial yield of 3.95%. It is currently fully let to four tenants.

"The disposal crystallises substantial value for the company, reduces its exposure to Central London and allows capital to be deployed into other opportunities," the fund said.

F&C Commercial Property shares were flat at 136.52 pence on Friday.
