(Alliance News) - Ireland-based credit checking company Experian PLC on Wednesday announced the appointment of Alison Brittain as new independent non-executive director, effective from September 1.
Brittain currently serves as chief executive of Premier Inn hotel chain owner Whitbread PLC.
Experian Chair Mike Rogers said: "A highly versatile business leader and general manager, Alison brings considerable experience of operating in consumer-facing service environments where distribution, data management, customer experience and innovation are key differentiators."
Shares in Experian were up 1.5% at 2,861.00 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
