Woodbois Ltd - Africa-focused forestry, timber trading, reforestation and carbon credits - Hires Federico Tonetti as chief executive officer, starting immediately. Chair & CEO Paul Dolan moves to executive chair. Tonetti was Safety & Sustainability director of FTSE 100 caterer Compass Group PLC. Prior to Compass, he was country CEO in Poland for building materials firm LafargeHolcim.

Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd - Guernsey-based sustainable energy sources investor - Hires Erna-Maria Trixl as non-executive director, starting March 1 next year. Trixl is a consultant on renewables, e-mobility, decarbonisation and sustainability. She is a member of the advisory board of METR Building Management Systems GmbH.

Tandem Group PLC - Birmingham-based sports equipment - Peter Kimberley as a non-executive director, starting immediately. Kimberley has 30-years of experience in cycle retail, Tandem says, including within Halfords Group PLC.

Nanoco Group PLC - Manchester-based quantum dots developer - Promotes UK Finance Director Liam Gray to the board as chief financial officer, starting Monday. Gray joined Nanoco as financial controller in 2019 and became UK finance director in September last year.

Studio Retail Group PLC - Accrington, Lancashire-based "digital value retail" - Hires Michael Torpey as independent non-executive director, starting December 1. Torpey is a former finance director who has been on a non-executive director of Metro Bank PLC since 2019.

Invesco Asia Trust PLC - applies unconstrained approach to investment in Asian companies - Hires Myriam Madden as non-executive director, starting last Thursday. Madden is an accountant who is a non-executive director of UK energy market regulator Ofgem.
