WH Ireland Group PLC - London-based broker and wealth manager - Hires Simon Jackson as chief financial officer, starting on Monday next week. Philip Tansey will step down as CFO, leaving the company at the end of December "to pursue other opportunities". Jackson also will join the board, subject to approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. Jackson was finance director of Saunderson House Ltd before its acquisition by Rathbone Brothers PLC. Before that, he was finance director for Brooks Macdonald Group PLC.

Just Eat Takeaway.com NV - Amsterdam-based food delivery ordering platform - Matt Maloney, the founder of Chicago-based Grubhub Inc, will leave the Just Eat Takeaway management board from December 1 "to pursue other opportunities". Maloney joined the management board upon the completion of JET's USD7.3 billion all-share purchase of Grubhub on June 15. Calling Maloney a "great entrepreneur", JET Chief Executive Officer Jitse Groen says: "We are sorry to see him leave the company and wish him the best in his future endeavours."

Games Workshop Group PLC - Nottingham, England-based fantasy wargames maker and retailer - Sally Matthews will resign as non-executive director at the half-year end on November 28. Recruitment for a new director is underway.

Futura Medical PLC - Guildford, Surrey-based pharmaceutical products for sexual health and pain - Hires Jeff Needham as non-executive director, starting immediately. Needham was with US healthcare products maker Perrigo Co PLC for 36 years and a board director of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association for 12 years.
