(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Marlowe PLC - London-based safety and regulatory compliance services and software - Confirms Adam Councell has started as chief financial officer, replacing Mark Adams, who will step down as a company director after a handover. Marlowe had announced Councell's recruitment back in February. He was finance director of pub and hotel chain Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC. Fuller's last week said Neil Smith will succeed Councell, who had joined Fuller's from Restore PLC in 2019. Back in August, Marlowe abandoned a takeover approach for Restore, a commercial relocation and IT recycling firm.

Redrow PLC - Ewloe, Wales-based housebuilder - Michael Lyons will retire as non-executive director at the Redrow's annual general meeting on November 12, "to concentrate on other responsibilities and opportunities".

Frasers Group PLC - Shirebrook, Derbyshire-based clothing retailer - Hires Anouska Kapur as non-executive director, starting on Wednesday last week. Kapur is a partner in law firm Child & Child, specialising in real estate.

JPMorgan Russian Securities PLC - invests in diversified portfolio of stocks from across Russian market - Gill Nott will retire as chair at the company's AGM on March 4, 2022. Promotes Eric Sanderson to chair from that date. Sanderson joined the board at the start of this year. Nott has been on the board since 2011 and chair since 2015.
