EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Barratt CFO exits after 15 years; M&G adds to board

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Barratt Developments PLC - Leicestershire-based housebuilder - Jessica White will step down as chief financial officer, after 15 years in the role. White will leave the board at the end of June and the company at the end of July. Barratt says it has started a search for a new CFO.

M&G PLC - London-based savings and investments firm - Hires Clare Chapman as non-executive director. Chapman is a non-executive director of G4S PLC and Weir Group PLC. As an executive, she held senior human resources roles with BT Group PLC, consumer goods brand Quaker Oats Co and parent PepsiCo Inc, and retailer Tesco PLC.

CRH PLC - Dublin-based building materials - Heather Ann McSharry and Lucinda Riches won't stand for re-election to board at April 29 annual general meeting, as part of board renewal process. Finance Director Senan Murphy plans to retire from board and from CRH during 2021 so also won't stand for re-election to the board at the AGM. CRH says process of finding a new finance director is "well advanced". CRH released 2020 results on Thursday, showing a fall in profit on lower revenue and increased costs.

Alternative Income REIT PLC - invests in UK commercial property assets let on long leases - Non-Executive Chair Steve Smith to step down from board on May 1. Non-Executive Independent Director Alan Sippetts to replace Smith as chair.

Caspian Sunrise PLC - oil and gas in Kazakhstan - Hires Seok Woo Shin as chief operating officer, effective immediately.

nmcn PLC - Nottinghamshire-based engineering and construction - David Rogers will retire as non-executive director on March 31. nmcn will search for a new non-executive director.

Fundsmith Emerging Equities Trust PLC - Hires Heather McGregor as non-executive director, starting at end of AGM on May 26. McGregor is a financial communications specialist who has been executive dean of Edinburgh Business School at Heriot Watt University since 2016.

EP Global Opportunities Trust PLC - Edinburgh-headquartered investor in quoted equities globally - David Hough retires as non-executive director, effective immediately. Hough had served on the board since the company launched in 2003.

Kooth PLC - London-based digital mental health platform - Hires James Murray as director of Kooth Work, which employers support the wellbeing of their employees. Murray was general manager of Splunk EMEA, part of Nasdaq-listed software firm Splunk Inc.
