(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Focusrite PLC - CFO Jeremy Wilson to leave company at end of 2020, and board has started recruitment process for replacement. Focusrite, which supplies hardware and software to musicians and the entertaiment industry, also said Wednesday revenue rose to GBP50 million in the first half of its financial year ending August 31, from GBP40.4 million a year before. Hires Robert Lavis in new role of clinical director, starting June 1 and reporting to Medical Director Stephen Davies. Lavis joins from Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Medica says 2019 trading was in line with market expectations.
