LONDON (Alliance News) - EVR Holdings PLC on Tuesday said it raised GBP116,196 following exercise of share warrants.
The software company said 980,392 million warrants were exercised at a price of 1.85 pence each, raising GBP18,137. EVR also said it exercised 7.0 million warrants at 1.4p each, totalling GBP98,058.
The stock closed 4.8% higher on Tuesday at 9.925p per share.
Following admission, the company will have a total of 1.30 billion shares in issue.
