(Sharecast News) - Equals Group has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security management, it announced on Monday.
The AIM-traded firm said to attain the certification, it underwent a rigorous external audit encompassing various facets of information security.
That included assessments of data encryption, vulnerability management, business continuity, disaster recovery plans and other critical security controls.
"ISO/IEC 27001 is regarded as the international 'Gold Standard' of security certifications and this achievement reflects our continued investment into our platform, processes and people along with our commitment to ensuring the security of our customers' data," said chief executive officer Ian Strafford-Taylor.
At 0946 GMT, shares in Equals Group were up 0.14% at 115.16p.
