(Sharecast News) - Software-as-a-service provider Dotdigital revealed on Monday that Thomas Mullan has been tapped to take over as chief financial officer.
Dotdigital said Mullan will succeed Alistair Gurney as CFO on 30 April, who previously indicated his intention to step down from the role in order to pursue a new business opportunity.
The AIM-listed group stated Mullan will bring "extensive experience" in both the software sector and as a public company CFO, having served for more than six years at Gresham Technologies.
Chief executive Milan Patel said: "With a strong track record working across high-growth software companies and an excellent reputation as a PLC CFO, Tom is an ideal fit for Dotdigital.
"I am confident that his strategic insight, financial and operational acumen, and extensive experience in driving organic growth, leading international expansion, and executing M&A will be invaluable as we continue to pursue our long-term growth ambitions."
As of 1045 BST, Dotdigital shares were up 3.71% at 68.65p.
