DIRECTOR DEALINGS: XLMedia CEO Weihs Buys Almost GBP200,000 In Shares

(Alliance News) - XLMedia PLC on Tuesday said Chief Executive Ory Weihs purchased 324,000 shares at an average price of 61.4 pence per share for a total of GBP198,936.

Following the deal, which took place on Monday, Weihs is now beneficially interested in 6.0 million shares in the digital performance marketing services firm, equivalent to a 3.2% stake.

Shares in XLMedia closed up 3.5% at 64.40 pence in London on Tuesday.
