(Alliance News) - W Resources PLC, a tungsten, copper and gold mining company with assets in Spain and Portugal, on Wednesday said a company associated with Chair Michael Masterman bought GBP41,500 worth of shares.
Symmall Pty Ltd, of which Masterman is both a beneficiary and trustee, purchased 10 million ordinary shares in W Resources at a price of 0.415p per share on Tuesday. Masterman's total holding after the purchase was not disclosed.
Shares in W Resources closed at 0.42p each, down 1.2%.
