(Alliance News) - VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC on Thursday said an entity closely associated with Director Richard Levy bought GBP49,512 worth of shares.
Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC, which is closely associated with Levy, acquired 62,358 shares at 79.4 pence each on Tuesday. Levy's total shareholding following the purchase was not disclosed.
VPC Specialty shares were up 0.3% at 79.40 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London.
