Vistry Group PLC - Kent-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Officer Greg Fitzgerald buys 500,000 shares via Baker Estates Ltd at GBP5.57, worth GBP2.8 million, on Tuesday.

Asos PLC - London-based online fashion retailer - Chair Jorgen Lindemann buys 48,000 shares at GBP5.49, worth GBP263,520, on Wednesday. He now has 110,052 shares. Asos earlier Wednesday reported a swing to an annual pretax loss of GBP31.9 million from a profit of GBP177.1 million, but outlined plans to revive its fortunes under its new chief executive officer, Jose Calamonte.

Alphawave IP Group PLC - London-based connectivity technology provider - Executive Director Sehat Sutardja buys 348,179 shares via Sutardja Family LLC at GBP1.13 each, worth GBP446,714, on Tuesday. The family investment vehicle had bought 1.8 million shares on Monday and just over 500,000 shares on Friday last week. It now has 91.5 million shares, a 13.3% stake.

ADM Energy PLC - London-based natural resource investor with assets in Nigeria - CEO Osa Okhomina sells 4.3 million shares at average 0.58p, worth GBP25,142, on Tuesday. Retains 1.7 million shares, a 0.7% stake. ADM Energy on Monday said Okhomina will leave the company around the end of October, having served as CEO since July 2019.
