LONDON (Alliance News) - Grit Real Estate Income Group Ltd said on Friday that two directors purchased shares in the company on Friday last week and Monday.
On Friday last week, Chief Executive Officer Bronwyn Corbett bought 10,000 shares at a price of ZAR19.50, for a total of ZAR195,000.
On Monday, Greg Pearson, executive director of subsidiary Grit Services Ltd, acquired 13,000 shares for ZAR19.47 each, at a total of ZAR253,110.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Corbett or Pearson now hold overall following these transactions.
Shares in the property investor were up 0.2% at ZAR19.50 in Johannesburg, while London shares were untraded on Monday, last quoted at USD1.43.
