LONDON (Alliance News) - Troy Income & Growth Trust PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Jann Brown bought 25,000 shares at a price of 65.48 pence per share Tuesday.
The purchase represents Brown's only holding in the company.
Shares were up 0.4% at 65.00 pence per share Friday.
