LONDON (Alliance News) - TOC Property Backed Lending Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Stephen Coe sold 20,000 shares at a price of 100 pence per share on Thursday.
Coe's total shareholding was not disclosed.
The stock closed down 3.4% at 100.00p on Thursday.
