(Alliance News) - Tharisa PLC said Thursday Chief Operating Officer Michelle Taylor sold shares in the platinum and chrome mining firm worth ZAR1.7 million in a pair of transactions on Monday.
Taylor - COO since 2015 - sold 90,000 of its Johannesburg-listed shares at ZAR19.00 each. Shares in Tharisa were unchanged at ZAR20.00 in Johannesburg on Thursday, 1.4% lower at 102.05 pence in London.
The holding of Taylor after the transaction - if any - was not disclosed.
