LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.

Taylor Wimpey said Jayne Beeston, Chairman Kevin Beeston's wife, has sold 550,000 shares.

Beeston sold the shares in the housebuilding company at 201.00 pence each, for a total of GBP1.1 million.

Taylor Wimpey shares closed up 1.1% on Thursday at 202.30p each.

Insurance firm Old Mutual said Non-Executive Director Zoe Cruz sold shares worth GBP88,299 in a transaction on Monday. Cruz - non-executive since 2014 - sold 34,500 London-listed shares at 255.94p each. Her holding after the transaction was not disclosed. Shares in Old Mutual closed 0.7% lower at 249.70p on Thursday.

InterQuest Group, a recruitment business, said Chairman Gary Ashworth purchased 4.2 million shares at a price of 24.00p per share. Following this transaction, Ashworth now holds 34.4 million shares in InterQuest Group, reflecting a 66% stake in the company. Shares in InterQuest Group closed down 23% at 15.50p each on Thursday.

Georgia Healthcare Group said Chief Executive Officer Nikoloz Gamkrelidze bought shares for a total worth of GBP73,298. Gamkrelidze bought 26,944 shares at 272.00p each. Georgia Healthcare shares closed up 2.9% on Thursday at 283.00p each.

Inchcape said its Continental Europe division Chief Executive Aris Aravanis sold shares worth GBP166,009. In a transaction completed on Monday, Aravanis sold 22,242 shares in the automotive distribution company for 746.00p each. Inchcape shares closed up 0.7% at 740.00p.

Paul Cooper, CFO, bought 34,800 shares in the banking company at 285.00p each. His stake is now 0.06%. Jonathan Bloomer chairman bought 10,000 shares at 290.00p. He now holds a total of 40,896 shares representing 0.02% of the company's total stake. Non-Executive Director Andrew Fisher bought 10,000 shares at 294.00p each. His stake is now 0.01%. Arrow Global shares closed up 0.2% Thursday at 290.50p each.
