DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Ithaca Energy Chair Buys Before Retirement

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

Oil and gas operator Ithaca Energy said Tuesday Chairman Jack Lee bought 16,900 shares at 16,900 shares at a price of CAD1.07 each on Monday.

The company also said Lee bought 82,600 shares at CAD1.06 each last Friday.

Following the purchases, Lee now holds 1.6 million shares, which represents 0.4% stake in the firm.

Last Friday Ithaca Energy said Lee will retire from the board following the company's annual general meeting on June 22.

Non-Executive Director Brad Hurtubise will succeed Lee as chairman.

The stock closed up 4.6% at 57.50 pence Tuesday.

Microprocessor designer ARM Holdings said Jennifer Duvalier, its head of human resources, sold 1,650 shares at 975 pence per share on Tuesday. Following the sale, Duvalier now holds 10,047 shares. The stock closed up 0.5% at 987.00p Tuesday.

Hostelworld Group said Chief Executive Officer Feargal Mooney bought 84,000 shares at a price of 180.25 pence each on Friday. The company also said Chief Technology Officer John O'Donnell bought 30,000 shares at GBP1.8114 each on Friday. Their total shareholdings were undisclosed. The stock closed up 1.1% at 182.00p Tuesday.

Sinclair Pharma said Non-Executive Director Jean-Charles Tschudin bought 97,000 shares at a price of 36.25 pence per share on Friday. The company also said Tschedin bought 3,023 shares at 35.5p each on Thursday. Following the purchases, Tschudin now holds 3.4 million shares, which represents 0.67% stake in the group. Shares in the dermatological products maker closed up 2.1% at 36.00p Tuesday.

FTSE 250 infrastructure investor and manager John Laing Group said Non-Executive Director Jeremy Beeton bought 2,000 shares at 221.1 pence per share on Friday. Following this transaction, Beeton holds 16,256 shares. The stock closed up 1.2% at 223.00p Tuesday.

City Merchants High Yield Trust said Non-Executive Director Philip Taylor bought 2,539 shares at a price of 179.51 pence per share on Monday. Following this transaction, Taylor now holds 185,196 shares, which represents a 0.2% stake in the trust. The stock closed down 0.7% at 178.75p Tuesday.

BlackRock World Mining Trust said Chairman Ian Cockrill bought 8,653 shares at a price of 229.8 pence per share on Friday. Following this transaction, Cockrill now holds 36,789 shares, which represents a 0.02% stake in the trust. The stock closed down 1.1% at 225.50p Tuesday.

Driver Group said Non-Executive Director Bob Laslett sold 100,000 shares at a price of 70.0 pence per share on February 26. After the sale, Laslett now holds 110,000 shares, or 0.4% of the shares in issue. Shares in the construction consultancy closed up 1.1% at 46.00p on Tuesday.
