DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Glaxo Senior Executive Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------GlaxoSmithKline said Friday that Senior Vice President for human resources Claire Thomas sold 30,000 shares in the company.Thomas sold the shares at 1,604.10 pence each for a total consideration of GBP481,230. Shares in the pharmaceutical giant closed up 0.2% at 1,603.00p each.----------C&C Group said Friday that Non-Executive Director Richard Holroyd bought shares worth EUR50,925 in the company. Holroyd acquired 15,000 shares at EUR3.39 each. His total shareholding in the company following the deal was not disclosed. Shares in the alcoholic drinks manufacturer closed up 0.4% at EUR3.42. ----------Premier Asset Management Group said that Senior Independent Director Robert Colthorpe purchased 8,500 shares at a price of 282.50 pence per share on August 6, at a total of GBP24,012. It has not been disclosed how many shares Colthorpe now holds following this transaction.
