DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Duke Royalty Directors Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Duke Royalty said that four directors purchased shares in the company on Wednesday.Chief Executive Officer Neil Johnson purchased 125,000 shares at a price of 40.0 pence per share, bringing his total shareholding to 1.6 million shares, or a 1.7% stake.Executive Director Charlie Cannon-Brookes acquired 427,000 shares at 39.72p each, giving him 2.5 million shares in total, or a 2.6% interest in the company.Arlington Group Asset Management Ltd, a company in which Brookes is an executive director, bought 45,193 shares for 39.99p per share, meaning it now holds 2.5 million shares in total.Chairman Nigel Birrell purchased 125,000 shares at a price of 40.0p per share, giving him a total shareholding of 650,000 shares or a 0.7% stake.Finally, Executive Director Justin Cochrane acquired 50,000 shares at a price of 40.0p each, meaning he now holds 740,000 shares in total, equal to a 0.8% interest.Shares in the royalty finance-focused investment company closed up 0.5% at 39.40 pence on Thursday.----------Compass Group said that Non-Executive Director Ireena Vittal purchased 1,834 shares at a price of 1,515.00 pence per share on Thursday at a total of GBP27,785. It has not been disclosed how many shares Vittal holds overall. Shares in the food and support services company were up 2.0% at 1,544.50 pence on Thursday.----------Chaarat Gold Holdings said an entity closely associated to its Chairman Martin Andersson bought GBP446,250 worth of shares on Wednesday. Labro Investments Ltd bought 2.4 million shares in Chaarat at a price of 18.75 pence each. Shares closed down 1.2% on Thursday at 20.00p. The shares were bought from Mada Ltd, an entity controlled by former Chaarat Director Dekel Golan, who left the firm last November. Following the buy, Labro holds 131.9 million Chaarat shares, just over 35% of its issued share capital.----------Verona Pharma, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, said that Chief Executive Officer Jan-Anders Karlsson purchased 3,250 ordinary shares at 148.64 pence per share. The shares were bought on Tuesday. Following the acquisition, Karlsson will own 92,400 shares, representing 0.09% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in the company closed up 4.8% at 153.00p.----------Harworth Group said Non-Executive Director Jonson Cox sold 150,000 shares in a transaction on Wednesday. Cox sold the shares at a price of 110.00 pence each, for a total of GBP165,000. Harworth gave no information as to Cox's subsequent, or previous holding. In addition,  Harworth Group said that Chairman Alastair Lyons purchased 90,000 shares at 110.5 pence per share. It has not been disclosed how many shares Lyons now holds in the company.Shares in the coalfield and brownfield regeneration company closed up 0.2% at 110.75 pence on Thursday. ----------Lok'nStore Group said that Chairman Simon Thomas sold 20,000 ordinary shares at 390 pence per share, as part of his personal tax planning arrangements. Following the sale, Thomas' shareholding will be 2.0 million shares, representing 6.9% of the company's total voting rights. Shares in the storage services provider closed down 3.7% at 390.00p.----------Georgia Healthcare Group said that Deputy Chief Executive Officer Giorgi Mindiashvili sold a total of 20,189 shares in the healthcare services provider company in two transactions. In a transaction on Monday, Mindiashvili sold 15,085 shares at 333.00 pence per share, worth GBP50,221, followed by sale of 5,104 shares on Tuesday at 331.00p per share, totalling in GBP16,891. Georgia Healthcare shares closed down 1.5% at 320.00p each on Thursday. The company did not provide Mindiashvili's holding, if any, following the transaction.----------SDL said that its Chief Executive Officer Adolfo Hernandez bought shares in the language translation technology, services and content management company in transaction on Wednesday. Hernandez purchased 20,000 shares at a price of 386.00 pence per share, worth GBP77,200. Following the transaction, Hernandez held 0.2% interest in SDL, representing 140,000 shares, the company said. Shares in SDL closed up 8.3% at 418.00p each on Thursday. ----------
