LONDON (Alliance News) - Real estate investment trust Shaftesbury PLC said Wednesday that Finance Director Designate Christopher Ward had acquired 3,448 shares from his wife Elizabeth Ward at a price of 580 pence.
Shaftesbury's shares were trading down 1.3% at 579.00 pence Wednesday morning.
