DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Scholium Group Chairman Buys 2,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Scholium Group PLC Monday said Chairman Jasper Allen bought 2,000 shares at a price of 80 pence per share Friday.

Following this transaction, Allen is interested in 102,000 shares representing approximately 0.75% of the issued share capital.

Shares in the book retailer were up 1.95 at 81.00p Monday.
