LONDON (Alliance News) - Scancell Holdings PLC said Monday, joint CEOs Lindy Durrant and Richard Goodfellow, each sold 100,000 shares from their respective holdings held jointly with the Scancell Employee Benefit Trust at 30 pence each.
Scancell is a UK-based company that develops antibodies and vaccines for cancer treatment.
